The Legacy tennis members take their sport as seriously as our golfers. The facility is one of the finest in the area, with our fully stocked Tennis Shop overlooking the six soft surface courts. The entire tennis facility is beautifully lighted to extend playing hours in the cool of the Florida evening.

The Legacy Women's Tennis Association is involved in the top leagues in the area (Tri-County and Women Team Tennis League). The Legacy Men's team participates in the B 1 league seasonally, from November thru April and in the USTA leagues during the summer. The Legacy tennis program also offers a summer mix USTA league in which we are currently the district champions. Annual improvement camps for ladies are offered every October.

Social events are held monthly during the season. Team clinics and a full competitive junior program are among the most attended events of the program as well.

Aldo Burga, our Tennis Professional, has coached many players to achieve their personal best and others to State and National rankings. Every summer he has a Junior Summer Camp, which has produced some very talented tennis players. Currently, Burga is working with top juniors in the nation, Andrew Butz of Vero and Stuart's Mike Rinaldy.

As a player, he reached the top 10 in the Junior International Tennis Federation, and most recently, he has won the USPTA National Championship for the Men's 40 division in singles. Aldo has trained with top name professionals such as Venus Williams, Jennifer Capriati, Marty Fish, and Michael Pernfors to name a few.
